At the heart of our business lies our contact centre based at Harbourgate Business Park in Portsmouth. We are always on the lookout for talented and focused individuals to join our growing team.

Contact Centre Agent

  • You will need to be a good communicator with an excellent telephone manner, have a bright and confident personality, be extremely customer focused and have excellent organisational skills.
  • Outbound and some inbound calls covering promotions, seasonal campaigns, service follow up work and other service-related items.
  • Upsell of products and services as well as the handling of customer objections.
  • Various admin tasks to be completed on MS Office apps and various CRM Systems

What you will be doing?

  • Talking to customers about products & services –Inbound & Outbound
  • Creating appointments and generating leads
  • Accurately maintaining and updating various systems
  • To handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently – First call resolution
  • Gathering information from asking the right questions
  • Building lasting relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Providing first class customer service
  • Representing the company brand effectively and respectfully

  • Previous Motor Trade Experience (Optional)
  • Previous experience with Kerridge, Drive, Pinnacle (DMS/CRM Systems) (Optional)
