Motor Marketing has an exciting opportunity for multiple Contact Centre Agents for immediate start. Based out of our modern and busy Harbourgate Business Park offices, we provide a pleasant working environment. In addition to a great location, we will also provide all in-house training, ongoing coaching and development together with career progression opportunities.

Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager, the main objectives of the role are to:

  • Daily handling of all inbound service calls for our clients, primarily making service bookings and other service related items
  • Outbound calls covering promotions, seasonal campaigns, service follow up work and other service related items
  • Upsell of products and services as well as the handling of customer objections

Essential criteria for the position includes:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Reliable and focussed
  • Proven track record in telesales
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work alternate Saturdays
  • Previous Aftersales process & DMS experience would be a significant advantage (Keyloop or Pinnacle)
